During production, key parameters such as reaction time and raw material ratios are customized to ensure that fluctuations in each batch's performance remain within acceptable industry standards, focusing on the industrial synthesis efficiency of 25-hydroxycholesterol and the batch consistency of sodium polyanetholesulfonate. This ensures that product performance fluctuations within each batch remain within acceptable limits. Testing utilizes HPLC, chemical titration, and other industrially compatible methods to rigorously verify 15 core indicators, including product purity (meeting industrial-grade standards of at least 98%), impurity content, and water solubility. Each batch undergoes both workshop self-inspection and laboratory re-inspection before release.
